AML policies, controls and procedures
AML PCPs that reflect your firm and evolve as guidance does
Your AML policy sets out the policies, controls and procedures (PCPs) your business uses to understand and manage financial crime risk. AMLCC gives you fully customisable PCPs that suggest updates when regulations change, record staff acknowledgement and track version history.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Built for your business
Edit each section of our pre-built PCPs to reflect your specific services and client base, and the actions staff are allowed to take in each situation. You can also add your own sections if required. The result is a compliant policy that accurately describes how you use the risk-based approach to AML.
Easy to update
When regulations or sector guidance change, AMLCC updates the template PCPs and flags what’s new. You simply review the changes and decide how to use them in your firm’s customised PCPs.
Staff acknowledgement on record
Every member of staff is prompted to confirm they’ve read and understood each PCP update. Who has and hasn’t acknowledged is visible on the senior management and MLRO’s dashboard at any time. This can be easily downloaded and sent to your supervisor.
A complete version history
Every edition of your PCPs is saved, dated and stored in your audit trail. When a supervisor asks to see how your PCPs have developed over time, you can produce historic versions immediately.
AML CPD can often feel like a tick-box exercise but AMLCC’s training videos go into real depth.
They’re educational rather than superficial, and the fact we can see when every staff member has completed and passed them – and present that evidence straight to an inspector – gave us extra assurance.
