Firm Login:<\\\/strong>\\u00a0This is emailed to you after your registration has been successful. You\\u2019ll need to use the Firm Login to set up your firm details and create logins for the person in charge of money laundering reporting. However, please note this is not your own individual account. This is mainly used for your initial set up of AMLCC and if you need to change the details of the person in charge of AML. This is not used for the day-to-day use of AMLCC.<br><br><strong>2. Money Laundering Reporting Login:<\\\/strong>\\u00a0This is created as part of your firm\\u2019s initial setup in the system. It gives the person in charge of money laundering reporting access to their own specific training videos, enables them to see which employees have completed their training and also to receive reports from employees that need to be sent to authorities. If you\\u2019re the only employees of your firm, you\\u2019ll only need to set up this login, which you do through your Firm account. You will not need an Employee Login as well.<br><br>If you are an employee of a firm and not the person in charge of money laundering reporting, you should only receive one login. This is unique to you and gives you access to complete your training and upload your own clients (if applicable). If you\\u2019ve received two logins in error, please\\u00a0<a href=\\\"https:\\\/\\\/www.amlcc.com\\\/contact-us\\\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noreferrer noopener\\\">contact our team<\\\/a>.\"}},{\"@type\":\"Question\",\"name\":\"I\\u2019ve forgotten my password. You can do this through your client\\u2019s risk assessment. This request will be sent to the person in charge of money laundering reporting in your firm. They will need to then accept the mitigation request through the client\\u2019s risk assessment.<br><br>Remember to always document why you are reassessing the client.
